7: Conversation
Carrie walked into the room along with Danny, and the others. The Mansons were already around their daughter. The girl halfa gulped to see Sam looked all beaten up. But her purple eyes were unaffected. They glanced at Carrie and she can feel them penetrating her.
"Sam?" Carrie whispered and turned to her mom, "Can she..."
"Yes I can talk..." Sam snapped slightly, causing everyone to jump.
"Oh..." Carrie gave a weak, fake smile. "Hi there..."
Sam snorted and her parents frowned down at her, "Samantha...that girl told us that you and her...went well..." Pamela bit her lower lip and Sam's eyes widen before they went onto Carrie again.
"You told them we...went at it?" Sam whispered.
Carrie frowned, "No...I told them a cute little story about a bunny and cat..." Carrie sarcastically stated before saying, "What do you think? Yes I told them about your feelings for me and us going at it..."
Sam's eyes widen even more and she turned to her parents who in reply stared back; finally Jeremy stated, "Sam...is it true what Carrie says? About you being a lesbian? And going as far as to...be with her?"
Sam opened her mouth, but no voice came out. Suddenly, she started stuttering. "I-I-I-I..." Sam continued stuttering. As she continued, the heart monitor she was attached to went ballistic. "I-I..." Sam still stuttered. The heart monitor was still beeping at an incredible rate. "Everyone, out of the room!" Lauren yelled. Everyone suddenly huddled out. "M-Mom..." Sam moaned. Her mom turned and came towards Sam. "Tell everyone... T-Tell them..." Pamela's eyes widened. "...Yes... I did go that far..." Pamela opened her mouth to reply, but Lauren shoo'd her out the room.
Once everyone was out, Pamela and Jeremy glanced at one another. Finally Sam's mother turned to Carrie who was in Danny's arms again and walked toward her. She flinched, waiting for her to yell at her some more, but...
"Caroline...I want to...apologize...I didn't...mean to yell at you..." Pamela stated maturely.
Carrie stared and before she can say anything, Lauren came walking out looking upset, "Mom? Is Sam going to be...ok?" Carrie finally asked.
Lauren stared at everyone and she nodded, "I manage to get her heart rate down again...I guess all that guilt she had built up was too much..." Lauren turned away and sat in a chair looking exhausted, "Caroline?"
Carrie got out of Danny's arms and stepped toward her mom, "Yeah Mom?"
"We need to talk later. Im sorry for being upset
however, we need to discuss on what is going to happen between
you and
Im sure you get the point."
Carrie blinked, and then looked away. "Sure mom
"
Lauren shook her head, "Oh...I cant believe this " She stood up again and hugged Carrie close to her, "My little girl is growing up so fast...I..."
Carrie frowned slightly, "You know mom...everyone has to grow up some time..."
Maddie gulped and glanced at both Danny and Jazz who in return glanced back over, "I know...but that doesnt mean you arent in trouble." Lauren said, softly while Carrie nodded.
"So...what are you going to do about Sam?" Tucker suddenly asked, having everyone glance over; the mayor of Amity Park turned to the Mansons, "What are you going to do with the fact that Sam is now...well...gay?"
Carrie cocked an eyebrow at that remark. "I don't think she's... gay, really. I think she's more... Bisexual."
Everyone glanced over, "What do you mean?" Jack asked.
Carrie frowned, "Well...Sam once told me that...she did have possible feelings for..." She glanced at Tucker, "For you, Tuck."
Everyone, including the Mansons, snapped their heads at Tucker who was feeling embarrassed now, "What? Really? I mean..." He gulped.
Jazz stepped forward, "Carrie has a good point, I have a reason to believe that Sam is upset that Carrie and Danny are going out that by loving Carrie, she can hide the fact she loves Tucker...either that she loves both Carrie and Tucker..."
Pamela sighed as she put her face into her hands, "I can not believe this...my daughter is...bisexual..."
Lauren patted Pamela's arm. "Well, you better believe it now then..." Traces of a smirk were buried in the tone used.
Pamela gave Lauren a suspicious glare before Carrie turned away, "I need some fresh air...this air in the hospital is making me sick..."
Carrie started to leave when she felt someone grab her hand; she turned to see Danny, "Need some company?"
Carrie smirked, "Sure..."
The halfa couple walked outside of the hospital and Danny hugged her behind, "Sorry..."
"It's not your fault..." Carrie whispered.
"What are you going to do with Sam?" Danny asked, with a frown.
"I don't know, really..." Carrie looked at him, worried. "Jazz said that her liking me is possibly a distraction from her feelings for Tucker."
Danny frowned, "Well...at least you showed her that it was me you loved..."
Carrie nodded, "Duh...I really don't like anyone else..."
Danny suddenly thought of something, "You said that Sam told you that I didn't love you?"
Carrie sighed, "Yeah...she tried to make me believe you didn't love me at all...she thinks by convincing me that you hated me or something will get me to flung myself into her arms and we make out again..." she shudders at the thought, "But that is NOT going to happen..."
"Yeah, it isn't." Danny gave her a quick peck on the lips.
Carrie smiled and felt warm and safe to be in Danny's arms. She turned toward him and leaned up again to kiss him. He smiled and leaned down to make easier for her to get access to his lips. They started kissing when the door to the hospital opened. They stopped; feeling annoyed of being interrupted and saw it was Tucker.
"Hey guys...am I...interrupting anything?" He asked.
"Oh no, nothing at all!" Danny blushed. Carrie raised an eyebrow, but she too was blushing.
Tucker frowned and said, "Well...Carrie...what you said about Sam liking me...is that true?"
Carrie stared and said sarcastically, "Oh no...I just said that to cover up everything..." She rolled her eyes, "Yes Tucker...I think she really does like you..."
"But why does she have feelings for you?" Tucker asked confused.
"Jazz thinks that Sam is trying to use Carrie as a distraction to hide her feelings for you," Danny shrugged.
Tucker frowned, "Awe man...and all this time...I wanted to tell her how I felt..."
Danny and Carrie stared, and glanced at each other before glancing back at the African-American boy, "Wait...did you say...you have feelings for Sam?" Danny asked, looking slightly shocked.
Tucker looked at his shoes. "Well... For quite some time, really..."
Danny and Carrie glanced at each other, "Whoa..." was all Danny can say.
"Great...now we just godda convince Sam to go out with you!" Carrie said with a shrug.
Tucker just blushed as the rest of the group except Lauren came walking out, "Come on...we better go home," Maddie sighed and lead the group toward the RV.
The Mansons got in their own limo and drove off. The Fentons dropped off Tucker and Maddie turned to Carrie, "Carrie, you can stay with us at our house, your mother asked us to keep an eye out for you for tonight. Lauren thinks she's going to be there all day and tonight."
Carrie gave a small grin. "Uh... okay, Mrs. Fenton."
--
Back at the hospital, Lauren watched Sam's sleeping face carefully. She always liked the dark haired girl. She wasn't sure why, but she was really glad that her daughter had a good friend that kept Carrie's personality under controlled besides Danny. Lauren didn't mean to yell at Carrie. She now knew that Carrie was right...Sam did love her...and the two made out because of the fact Carrie was seduce or something. The woman doctor sighed in exhaustion before she started to write on the clipboard when she heard a moan come from Sam's sleeping figure.
Lauren glanced up to see Sam's eyes blinking awake again, "Carrie...?" She groaned as Lauren walked over.
"Samantha?" Lauren questioned and Sam turned her head slightly toward the doctor's direction.
"Ms. Francess? Where's Carrie?"
Lauren was mildly surprised by this, but replied anyway. "Caroline's, er, not here right now, Samantha."
Sam frowned and said softly, "Ms. Francess...don't be mad at Carrie...it wasn't her fault that...you know...I guess I made her make out with me..."
Lauren sighed. "Samantha..." she smiled slightly. "...I'm not mad, really, I'm not. Don't blame yourself for this." Lauren knew she was lying. She was angry, but only for a split second. She couldn't get mad at Sam, she just couldn't.
Sam just could only nod slightly and say, "Well...thanks..."
Lauren frowned, "Just answer me this...why do you love my daughter...so much in...that way?"
Sam stared and sighed slightly, "To tell the truth...I really don't know...I thought when she and Danny first kissed...I thought I was just being a concerned friend...but it turns out that as the more time pass...the more of that harsh feeling grew...I tried to coax it away...but it stayed...like a parasite. I soon came to the conclusion that I really...loved Carrie...and not just as a sister...but having these feelings for her just...overwhelmed me...and I just had to see well...what it would be like if we...kissed..."
Lauren frowned at this story. She never realized Sam felt this way toward her daughter. Sam noticed the frown. "I... I don't know what to think anymore, Ms. Francess..." She looked up at her, eyes full of sadness. "Something... Something's wrong with me... Something just feels... wrong." Sam let out a heavy sigh.
Lauren sighed, "Samantha...to tell you the truth...I really don't feel comfortable of my daughter...dating a girl...not to mention she already told me she loved Daniel. She really wants to keep the friendship you two shared since the day you met..."
Sam snorted at the mention of Danny's name, "Oh yeah...Carrie assumes Danny loves her...but I never really see him say he means it to her...not once..."
Lauren frowned even more, "I know you are jealous, Samantha...and that's normal...even if you are well...gay. But the thing is...Caroline doesn't love you that way. I also see how Daniel looks at her. He really does and truly loves her. I also know I can trust him to protect my one and only daughter..." Sam said nothing. She just glanced away with a slight scowl on her face. "Samantha," Lauren started. "I didn't mean to offend you in any way, but I just feel uncomfortable with this." She sighed. "I'm very sorry."
Sam sighed, and felt tears start to build up again, but she kept them in and said, "But what does Danny have that I don't have?"
Lauren sighed, "For one thing...he is a boy...and for another...Caroline loves him very much as he does for her..."
Sam felt a tear flow down her cheek and probably knew deep down Lauren was right...Carrie didn't love her that way...but what was she going to do now?
Lauren heard the door open and saw a doctor say, "Dr. Francess...we have a patient who needs to be looked over."
Lauren nodded and turned to Sam, "We'll talk about this later. Try to think it over..."
Lauren left the room with Sam pondering, "I love her... right?" Sam asked herself. "Is this love? Lust? A fling?" She continued to ponder.
Sam laid back in the pillows and can still feel Carrie's soft skin against her own...her cherry flavored lips against her grape flavored ones. And she moaned slightly remembering last night so well...but the kisses the two shared...it just felt...strange...it was like Sam was trying to make herself love Carrie because...because of what?
Sam sighed and remembered noticing that Tucker had grown up. He was slightly more handsome...but she still held feelings for Carrie as well...
"Oh great...do I love both Carrie and Tucker?" Sam moaned and lifted her uninjured right arm and put her fingers through her ebony colored hair.
--
Meanwhile...
Carrie was sitting in Danny's room, alone. Danny was downstairs having a talk with his parents along with Jazz. She tried to think things through. Like how was she going to convince Sam to accept the fact that she will love Danny...and be a straight girl. Carrie put her knees up to her chest and covered them with her arms. She had a frown set in place and stared at the mirror across from her.
She could hear Danny talking. His voice got loud, then softer. Again, loud. Jazz's voice boomed slightly. Carrie didn't hear any words, but just voices. She let out a sigh, resting her head on her hand.
"What could they be talking about anyway?" Carrie pondered before she glanced back at the mirror and took in her appearance once again.
She can see her pretty face had some lines from both worry and confusion. Her golden brown eyes were slightly red from crying so much. And her hair slightly lopsided. She frowned even more before she buried her face into her warm arms. She allowed her long brown bangs to cover her face even more.
She heard the door open and she didn't bother to look who it was, "Carrie?" She felt a chill go up her spine from hearing the voice of her boyfriend.
"Right here, Danny...I'm not invisible..." Carrie's muffled voice answered.
Danny chuckled and sat next to her, "Yeah I know...the talk I had with my family is over..."
Carrie peeked through her bangs, "What were you talking about down there?"
Danny looked nervous for a second. "...Stuff."
Carrie raised her head higher and gave Danny a suspicious look, "What kind of stuff?"
Danny bit his lip, "My dad just wants to make sure that...you and I just...well...not go at it...not until we're older..."
"You mean like..." Carrie imitates Jack's voice, "No sex until you are out of this house!" She turned back to Danny and said in her normal voice, "Right?"
Danny laughed, "Something like that...Jazz thinks they shouldn't be so harsh though..."
Carrie rolled her eyes, "Come off it Danny...your parents had sex...or you and Jazz wouldn't be here right now..."
Danny laughed again, "Yeah I know..."
Carrie leaned against Danny and placed her left hand on his muscular chest, and said, "Then...why should they worry?"
Danny frowned and stared down at his girlfriend, "Not sure..."
Carrie smirked, "Ok then..."
She leaned up and placed a sweet yet seducing kiss that sent Danny's stomach doing back flips. He pressed back and wrapped his arms around Carrie's slim waist and pulled her closer. She can feel the soft cloth of his sweatshirt brush against her bare stomach. She wanted to tear off all her clothes...but her common sense told her not to...not with Danny's parents in the house...Danny felt the same way, and they continued to kiss, feeling relieved to know the girl he loved still loved him. Before they can get a little more physical, Jazz came walking in. Good thing it was her...since Danny and Carrie flew apart and blushed; they straightened out their clothes and tried to look innocent.
"Nice try..." Jazz smirked.
"Try?" Danny pretended to not know what she was talking about. "Try what? Ahahahahah?"
Jazz rolled her eyes, "Never mind...just be careful you two...mom and dad just gave Danny...the talk...and dad would seriously be angry if he finds out you two were about to go at it..."
"Come on, Jazz...don't you know me better by now?" Carrie asked with a smirk, "I knew your parents are still in the house...I seriously wouldn't go that far unless they are not here..."
Jazz laughed as Danny blushed, "Girls..." Danny mumbled.
"Yes Danny, we're girls." Jazz laughed. "Deal with it."
Danny rolled his eyes at this before Carrie's mind lingered back to Sam. She frowned upon thinking this. What if the Goth girl won't change her mind? What if she tries to do the same thing when they were alone? The girl halfa now regretted to even going that far even more. She was glad her mom was ok with the fact her daughter wasn't well...gay. But Sam's parents are still shocked at the fact of their daughter being that way. Not to mention they are worried about their reputation.
"Carrie?" Danny's distant voice brought her back to the real world from mind of thoughts and she glanced over, "Are you ok?"
Carrie sighed, "I'm just...thinking about Sam..."
Danny was quiet for a few seconds, before replying with a quiet "Ah." Silence filled the air as the tension in the room grew slightly, thickening.
Carrie noticed and frowned, "No silly...not in that way...I'm just wondering if Sam will understand I will never love her..."
Danny sighed, "Considering of how you yelled at her and got angry like you told me...I'm hoping she might know that being with you would never happen..."
Carrie shook her head, "Doubt it...making Sam change her mind is really hard...imagine trying to change her heart..."
"Hey, everyone can have a change of heart... Don't worry about that... " Danny placed a hand on her shoulder.
Carrie shrugged, "Could be..."
Jazz who had been quiet for a bit and a pondering look on her face. She wondered if there was a way to make Sam see she can't be with Carrie. Not to mention Tucker already admitted to liking the Goth girl. There had to be some way...

Sorry, I just need ot know.
Well this is a giant moral dilema, I'm gonna go to the wheel of Morals and see what the moral is in this story. lol. I like it, but it's too much drama for me. A little comediec tones, but to much drama. Still, drama is good for this type of teenage dilema. Ah, pain and saddness...I fell so happy now. Demonic laughter: HA, HA, HA. It's a great story and I give it five stars. Great job on it. Well can't wait for the next one, bye !

HOO-JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!
*slice!!!*
The heart rate thing makes sense, actually. It's a really stressful situation and yeah, stress is bad if you've just been hit by a car and almost broke your neck. I guess they'll have to wait before the subject is brought up again.
I'm also happy that Lauren calmed down. I can see she's still a bit mad at Carrie, but Carrie did lie to her and have sex with someone without Lauren's knowledge, so that makes sense. I guess the initial anger was just shock from the situation. Lauren had assumed that Carrie was straight, which she is, and her having sex with another girl was something she didn't anticipate. She wouldn't have been as angry if Carrie had had sex with Danny because she probably knew it was coming. They've been dating awhile, they're at that age, sex might be the next step for them.
I think Sam loves Carrie and Tucker at the same time...but the feelings she has with Carrie are more about lust. Carrie turns Sam on, and even if Carrie wasn't dating Danny I don't think Sam would be able to have a serious long-term relationship with Carrie. That's not to say Sam can't have long-term relationships with women period, I just think in this case it's more about lust. The feelings for Tucker have been around longer, and it's possible to want to have sex with someone even if you're involved with someone else. That's probably the case with Tucker.
I had to laugh at Lauren's "you better believe it." It's really true, Pamela not only has to believe it, but she has to get used to it. And then Pamela had to make the comment about the hospital making her sick...yeah, I'm sure that it's the hospital and not, say, the fact that she's narrow-minded and has to accept yet another thing she sees as an oddity about her daughter.
I'm now trying to figure out why Carrie agreed to sleep with Sam. She's straight, I believe that...but maybe she was curious? Carrie didn't actually believe what Sam said about Danny not loving her, but maybe by sleeping with Sam she was testing out her feelings. She was also seeing whether or not she could be attracted to Sam physically. She learned that even though the sex might have felt good, she was definetly straight, definetly loved Danny, and therefore had no future with Sam.
I like the conversation that Lauren and Sam have. Yeah, Sam being worried about her feelings make sense...but there's nothing wrong with her. Everything she's experiencing is normal. I hope she'll realize this. And Lauren makes a good point about why Danny is better for Carrie. Even if Sam were a guy, Carrie would still be the better choice...because they both love each other.
I can see why Maddie and Jack would have the talk with Danny. His girlfriend isn't a virgin, so it's reasonable to guess that she and Danny would try something. And it makes sense for them to ask them to wait, sex is a complicated emotional thing that can be hard to handle if you start when you're too young.
And on a last note, I think Sam is going to try to move on when it comes to Carrie. It should be clear to her now that she and Carrie wouldn't work out...so she might try rebounding with Tucker. Yeah, that's probably what's going to happen. Update soon please!
